The Nativity Story Part Four: Jesus is born
The theme of day four of our story is peace.
Jesus is born! The son of God is born to Mary, not in a fine palace or huge castle but in a simple stable, surrounded by animals. He is wrapped snuggly in swaddling cloths and placed in a manger as his bed.
The gift of Jesus was given by God to guide and save the people of the world.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
