We’ve listed below the answers to some frequently asked questions.
How do I receive my ebook after purchase?
Once your payment is cleared, we automatically send you a download email containing a link which you can use to download your ebook. Please allow up to 20 minutes for your email to arrive.
Download emails are normally sent to the email address associated with the payment method used for your purchase (e.g. PayPal), so please check that email address.
If you do not receive your download email, then please check in your email spam folder and promotions folder. If you still cannot find your download email, then please contact us at email@example.com
Lost your download email?
You can request another copy of your download email by clicking here; however, you will need access to the email address associated with your original purchase method (e.g. PayPal). Alternatively, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What software do I need to read my ebook?
What password do I need for my ebook?
You don’t need a password to read our ebooks. If you are prompted for a password, please try opening the ebook using the latest version of the free Adobe Reader app. If you already have Adobe Reader installed, then you should update to the latest version – see instructions here.
What equipment do I need to read my ebook?
Our ebooks are designed to be viewed on a computer, iPad, or high-end, large screen smartphone (e.g. Apple iPhone).
