Easy spring bunting craft
To mark the beginning of spring it is fun to string up a row of bunting. You could place it over your nature table, across the fireplace or in the entrance hall.
I like to have the girls decorate ours ready to hang up after we’ve done a spring clean of the house. We sit, with a spring story and rhubarb muffins, and admire the bunting in our spring-clean house!
How to make spring bunting
It’s easy to make bunting:
:: cut out triangles or rectangles from card
:: punch two holes at the top
:: decorate each card
:: thread through some string or ribbon and hang up

NurtureStore’s subscribers can print and colour in this free ‘Spring’ bunting banner. The bunting is originally A4 size but if you can adjust your printing settings to make it smaller if you wish.
You could use wax crayons or oil pastels to colour in each letter, and then wash over the top with watercolour paints.
Or drawn spring motifs on each letter card.
Or colour in spring colours.
Or press some spring flowers such a primroses and stick them on.
