I’m really excited today to be able to offer you the chance to win family tickets to The Spellbound Forest, a magical fairytale event which is taking place in Delamere Forest, Cheshire in May 2012.
Brought to you by the team behind The Just So Festival, The Spellbound Forest will bring English fairy tales to life using theatrical performance, music, visual art and dance, right in the heart of the forest. The event invites you and your children to follow the woodland pathways and become part of the stories yourselves.
The event is taking place in Delamere Forest, Cheshire on 19th and 20th May 2012. The Spellbound Forest website has full details of the event – hop on over to discover four traditional English tales that are part of the stories and read and listen to them online.

It’s Jack and the Beanstalk because we’re growing beans!
It’s The Little Mermaid because that’s what my eldests’ name means!
Tough choice so I’ve just asked my little lady & she says its “counting the gold doubloons” lol so from that I’m going to say Peter Pan as she loves everything to do with pirates, fairies & treasure!
We have a divided house.
The boy has always loved “Bertie” and the Beast (it was too cute to correct him), but babygirl likes anything about Elves, I was so sad the day she stopped calling it the Elvis and the shoemaker lol
My eldest likes the princess and the pea; the middle one the princess and the frog. No idea about the baby yet
So many Hansel and gretel was a great one.
Hmm – tricky one – A the moment Little red Riding Hood @MummyFever info@mummyfever.co.uk

Peter Pan. I do believe in fairies, I do I do …..
Hansel and Gretel. My youngest loves the idea of a house made out of gingerbread, and then they get so scared of the spooky witch!!
My daughter is discovering fairytales big time at the moment and comes out with her own different mixed up versions of many!! They usually involve Cinderella, a witch, too many fairies to be a plausable plot line and most recently a couple of frogs….. Her favorite fairy tale – who knows?!! But I am loving her versions!!
Definitely Rapunzel. My daughter imagines she’s Rapunzel and keeps telling me that I’m not allowed to get her hair cut!
My little girl loves Snow White and the seven dwarves! So much magic!
My G loves Rapunzel. Attaching things in her hair, drawing pictures and playing Rapunzel games in the playground. Priceless!
the three little pigs – and I’ll huff and i’ll puff and blow your house down!!!!
Has to be “Hansel and Dretel” (Hansel and Gretel)
My youngest LB loves anything to do with witches at the moment!
Thumberlina … My little flower loves it xx
My daughter has many favourites – she adores cinderella
It has it be Sleeping Beauty. She loves it,
