Welcome to this week’s Play Academy Idea Swap – have you got an idea to share?
This week has been all about drawing in our house. Before breakfast, in the playground, after school, L is drawing, drawing, drawing. She added some ‘words’ to one of her pictures, took it into school and stood before her class and read them her story – and got a round of applause!
What have you been playing this week? Please share a play idea with us and add your link below. Anything goes, as long as it’s a play idea. If you would like to help spread the word about our idea swap a link back to this page or a tweet or facebook invitation to others to come and share the ideas would be fabulous.
And don’t forget on Friday 25th February we’re having a Carnival of Small World Play, so please join us then with all your ideas for farms, dinosaur lands and dolls houses!
And if you’re a fan of children’s crafts you’ll also love the Kids Get Crafty link up each Wednesday at Red Ted Art.

Aaah how sweet! And what a lovely drawing! Didn’t she do well! Pip Squeak (yes, the 1yrs old) ONLY wants to draw too.. sadly on herself, her dress, her face, the table… But you have to encourage it!!!
