Eat with them and have dinner dates with friends whose children you know love to eat veggies. Social exposure is huge for kids, especially when they see other children eating vegs. There really is a monkey-see monkey-do mentality.
i met colin jackson n he was so kind lol
My tip is learned from when my twins went through refusing veg at the same time so first take heart its not an eating problem. I discovered its a control issue, they were finding their independence and I think I cracked it the day I put all the food in serving dishes and they were eating the veg they had been pushing away. With control over their own plate and choices they were helping themselves and it broke the issue for me. I found they were happy if they saw us choosing vegetables then they copied. Oh and if you have a friend with a toddler who eats anything get them round with the serving dishes, your children may follow their peers more xx
